Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: No we do not. All of our products can be viewed online.

Q: Why do products cost more from Mika’s Gourmet Food, LLC than in Germany?
A: Packaging and labeling for the US market, shipping & trucking costs, rates of exchange, and import duties all add to the cost of the products.
Q: Does Mika’s Gourmet Food, LLC have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
A: At Mika’s Gourmet Food, LLC, we believe in customer satisfaction, and feel it is your right to receive our products as described on our site. If you experience problems with your order, contact us as within 7 days from the time of delivery. In order to receive a refund on any damaged goods or if you didn’t receive items that you ordered.
Q: Are there items that are difficult for you to obtain?
A: Yes, for various reasons some items are difficult for us to obtain for our customers. Some items may be discontinued, others may have been denied entry into the US by the US Food and Drug Administration.
